Start your day off right, as your excursion begins by spending a lovely morning drive Northeast from Ushuaia along National Route Nº 3. As you continue on, you will soon cross over the mountain range and have plenty of nature's offerings to discover. Passing through peat bogs, small glaciers, ski centers, and cascading waterfalls, you'll develop an appreciation of the natural bounty of the area. Making your way to Hambre Ranch, you'll follow a mountain path that will provide a stunning view. Ascending until you reach the Garibaldi Pass at 430 mts. above sea level, you will get the exceptional scene of both the Escondido and Fagnano Lakes; one that only the highest point in the province can offer you. Enjoy a brief stop to rest and take in all the beauty that is the Hidden Lake. Continue on past a sawmill to get a closer look at Lake Fagnano, the largest lake in the province. On your return to Ushuaia, stop for lunch and take some time to digest all the striking sights you've seen along the tour.
