Experience the real Argentina, far from this hustle and bustle of the big city in this full day tour deep into the pampas. Enjoy a fiesta gaucha at the Estancia Santa Susana, set in the rich farming country surrounding Buenos Aires. Have a fun-filled day on the ranch, as you go horse-riding, watch some traditional folk dances and then sit down to an old school Argentine barbecue, the renowned asado.
After a comfortable coach ride from Buenos Aires, you’ll be welcomed to the Santa Susana ranch with a traditional empanada and a glass of wine of fruit juice. You’ll go on a guided tour of the ranch, including its museum and a tiny church before enjoying a ride by horse-drawn carriage or exploring the grounds of the estancia on horseback.
Back at the ranch, it’s time to tuck into a delicious asado, a traditional Argentine barbecue while local musicians entertain you with traditional music and dance. Don’t miss the chance to try mate, the national drink of Argentina.
Then after lunch, the gauchos will show off their breath-taking athletic skills and horsemanship, leaving you with an unforgettable memory of the grasslands of Argentina. There will be plenty of time after the show to go for a stroll the grounds or to do some shopping before departure.
