Visit Seville from any point on the coast of Huelva. The Seville Walking Tour is a private 1-day walking tour of central Seville that will collect you from any accommodation located along the coast of Huelva. See where Christopher Columbus is buried, visit the Giralda Tower and Royal Alcazar, and amble through the atmospheric streets of the Barrio de Santa Cruz, Seville’s Old Quarter.
You will be assigned your own expert guide who will pick you up from your hotel on the coast of Huelva and introduce you to many of the city’s highlights. The heady aroma of orange blossom will entice you to explore Spain’s most magical destination. Brightly coloured plant pots and hand painted tiles adorn elegant facades that reside along ancient cobblestone lanes. Bursting with life, tapas bars and spectacular monuments, at Seville’s heart you will find the striking Gothic Cathedral and Giralda Tower. This 12th century minaret is Seville’s most famous landmark, which dominates the city skyline. Right next door you will discover the Alcázar, a dazzling example of Moorish architecture and former fortress built in the 14th century set amid stunning gardens. No visit to Seville would be complete without taking a stroll through Seville’s iconic Plaza España with the option of arriving in style on a horse drawn carriage. Your tour includes a visit to the Museum of Fine Arts, one of the greatest art museums in Spain. Housed in a restored 17th century monastery you can relish works by Spanish masters such as Murillo, Velázquez and Zurbarán. You will have time to relax on a shady terrace and savour local specialities and tapas, which can be washed down with a cooling jug of sangria.
