Tarraco train adventure takes its name from the ancient Roman name of the city, when it was known as Tarraco before becoming Tarragona.
On this fun-filled ride you will be taken to discover some of the most emblematic sites in the city. Join us and prepare to ride through the centuries.
Some of the most iconic sites that you will come upon are the Passeig de les Palmeres, a famous boulevard lined with magnificent palm trees near the sea and located opposite the splendid Tarragona Casino. Throughout the duration of the trip you will also come across a number of iconic landmarks, such as Miracle Beach, the neighbourhood of Seraglio, the ancient Roman Necropolis, the large Cathedral seemingly reaching for the sky and the breath-taking Mediterranean Balcony.
This is without a shadow of a doubt one of
the most comfortable and fun ways of seeing all there is to see in this relic-riddled city. By being driven through the main streets, you will avoid having to tackle the hustle and the bustle of people on the pavements; on the contrary, you will glide above them. What’s more, by the end of the trip you will have a great comprehensive knowledge of the city’s landmarks, making it much easier for you to head off and explore on at your leisure once the trip is over.
