Program details
This excursion will start with a transfer by mini-bus from your hotel to Phang Nga province. On the way you will have plenty of time to enjoy the wonderful scenery in the one and a half hour’s trip.
On arrival at Sam-Chong quay, visit Lungkhai Fruit Garden and test some of Thai Fruit on season and Thai Desert. Depart from the pier it’s time to board a longtail boat, destination Phang Nga National Park, a unique natural environment with where you’ll see beautiful mangrove swamps, ancient caves and sheer limestone karsts jutting out of the emerald green waters. Enormous slabs of karstic limestone make up a singular landscape in the higher part of the Park; however they can also be seen in Phang Nga Bay where they form unique islands and islets with sheer vertical sides.
We will also visit the impressive Koh Ta-pu Rock where the James Bond movie, the Man with the Golden Gun was shot. After that we will enjoy a delicious lunch at Koh Panyee, a traditional fishing village built on stilts before boarding our canoes and paddling to the caves at Tham Lod. On the way back visit the Monkey Cave Temple.
