Fort Marlborough was

Named in honour one of the most important British general, Sir Churchill the Duke of Marlborough, the fort looks out over the Mediterranean from its strategic location to the south of the port of Mahon in the town of Es Castell. The way of life during the British reign, as well as the sieges on the fort over time, are brought to life with the help of
audio and visual displays that will trigger your imagination. Begin in the underground galleries and work your way to the top where spectacular views over the sea and the historical areas of Mahon harbour await.
Start/opening time: Tuesday from 10am to 3pm. Wednesday to Sunday from 9:30am to 7:30pm.
