Located in a rustic homestead just one kilometre from the picture-postcard whitewashed village of Ferreries, this organic farm-hotel owned by the Casals family is renowned for the quality of its products. Come along and be tempted by delicacies such as homemade cheeses and cured meats, olive oil, spirits, honey and wines in this truly special rural setting.

There is so much to see and savour at s’Hort Sant Patrici that it’s hard to know where to start. The Cheese Museum is as good a place as any and here you can see original engravings and old tools and utensils that master craftsmen used for decades. The farm produces two protected designation of origin cheeses: Mahón-Menorca Hort Sant Patrici, which is made from cow’s milk with a buttery texture and hazelnut flavour, and comes in three levels of maturity; and the Artesan, which is made from raw cow’s milk and moulded in cotton bag. This cheese is known for its intense aroma and taste. You can see cheese being made most days between 9am and 11am.

Opening times: Summer: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 1:30pm and from 4:30pm to 8pm. Winter: Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm and from 4pm to 6pm. Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
