Step into the uninhabited territory of Chernobyl and discover what it was really like before and during the disaster. The National Museum of Chernobyl takes you back with over 7,000 exhibitions that bring history to life.
Understand what really happened in the lead up to and during that infamous day, with objects taken from within the power plant and from items belonging to people who sadly died in the disaster. With the aid of maps, secret documents, photos and items, you’ll discover what life was like for people living there.
Original road signs from Chernobyl and surrounding towns welcome you into the museum up to the life-like exhibitions and a video that provides you with all the background information. With the help of your guide you’ll also gain a deeper understanding into the event that shook the world. Choose whether you are taken there and back by minibus, standard car or executive car and take the worries out of navigating your way around the city, into the hands of your chauffeur and guide. They’ll be on hand to answer any questions you may have and make the most out of your time in Kiev.
