If you’re an adrenaline junkie or a motor freak then this half-day Dominican adventure is just what you’re looking for. Speed through the lush countryside outside Punta Cana in a manual transmission Dune Buggy. You’ll have serious fun as you raise clouds of dust going up and down steep slopes and crossing rushing rivers. Meet the local people and get to see a different side to the Dominican Republic!

The fun starts when you are picked up from your hotel. You’ll meet your local guides and receive a safety briefing. Then it’s time to jump into the Dune Buggy and set off on the adventure of a lifetime. With original VW engines and a four-speed stick-shift transmission, these vehicles are bound to impress with their speed and manoeuvrability!

We’ll head out into the lush Dominican countryside, crossing fields of sugar cane and banana plantations and passing colourfully painted local houses. We’ll make a stop for some real Dominican coffee. We’ll continue off road until we reach a working limestone quarry.

Back on road we’ll visit two typical local settlements, making a halt at a traditional commando so you can meet the locals doing their groceries. You’ll also have the chance to have some snacks and drinks and then we’ll head on to the secluded beach at Juanillos, considered to be among the best in the Caribbean.

We’ll drive down the pure white sand as you enjoy the breath-taking views of the sea and ocean. There’ll be plenty of time for a quick dip before returning to the resort.
