Take a Trail up to the Mountain and take a hike on the beautiful river to reach the ponds located approx. 1.45 hrs. From Huatulco, take a hike by the river side and get to swim in a clear and fresh water river, with its natural swimming pools; on the way see some of the little villages and get to interact with the locals, you will also have excellent homemade food. This is a very different way to admire the mountainside.
