City Card: travel as much as you like on all the bus and tram lines, Elba ferry and local trains on the Dresden zone, including the airport S-Bahn, and 4 tram lines to Weinböhla.

Region Card: public transport in the city area as well as in the surroundings of Dresden, ferries (except the ferry to Rathen and the international ferry from Schöna to Hrensko and the ferries on the Riesa - Großenhain district).

In addition, each card is valid for one adult. Children from up to the age of 14 can access free the Museums of Saxon State Art Collections in Dresden (except in the Historic Green Vault and Kunstgewerbemuseum Castle Pillnitz).



Please note that the Dresden Card is only valid once you have dated and signed it prior to first use. From that moment on, you have a set period of time to use the card, depending on the type of card purchased. It is valid on consecutive days. It gives you a right to visit the permanent collection of the museums, monuments and attractions a single time. The temporal exhibitions are not always included to the offer.

Discounts will be provided in participating establishments throughout your stay in the city, regardless of the duration of the card purchased; for discounts to be applied, you must present you card prior to purchase.

Others: To collect your card, please print the confirmation sent to you after purchasing online and hand it in together with identification at any of the following collection points: Dresden Central Station, at Wiener Platz 4 (Hauptbahnhof), 01069 Dresden, open daily from 8am to 8pm.

Tourist Information at Frauenkirche, Neumarkt 2, 01067 Dresden, open Mon – Fri from 10am to 7pm, Sat, from 10am to 6pm and Sun from 10am to 3pm.
