Explore the majestic Schoenbrunn Palace, one of Vienna’s most important cultural monuments and a truly spectacular royal residence.



Enjoy a prestigious afternoon in one of the most stunning locations in the whole of Vienna, as you walk in the footsteps of the former monarchs of the Hasburg Dynasty. It´s amazing to think that this impressive palace was a wedding gift and used as a summer residence by Empress Maria Theresa, and the longest reigning longest-reigning emperor of Austria, Franz Joseph I spent most of his days here in the sprawling grounds.



Take an awe-inspiring tour through these opulent private chambers and ceremonial rooms with the aid of a comprehensive audioguide. For groups of more than ten will even enjoy an exclusive guided tour given by one of the Palace's guides, after the official opening hours.



Cross the Palace’s main entrance to the Ehrenhof or Court of honour where you will find the former kitchen. Now converted into a delightful restaurant, a candlelit three course dinner awaits you inside. Savour the best of traditional Austrian cuisine before heading to the elaborately restored Palace Orangery to enjoy a stunning musical and visual spectacle by the Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra.



Frequently the venue for lavish festivities during the Habsburgs’ rule featuring performances from Mozart, the setting has been beautifully restored to its former glory. Today, the Orangery provides the perfect setting for the classical concerts and has become an integral part of Vienna's cultural and musical life.

Schedule

Dinner at Café Restaurant Residenz or Restaurant La Corte at Courtyard Marriott Hotel at 6:30pm.

Schoenbrunn Palace Orangery open its doors at 8pm and the concert starts at 8:30pm.

After the concert, taxis will be available right outside Schoenbrunn Palace Orangery.

The subway runs until midnight in 5 to 8 minute intervals.
