If you prefer you can try a typical Japanese Shiatsu massage using pressure points to harmonise the body or an invigorating Thai massage using gentle pressure and stretching to free muscle tension and improve the circulation. If you prefer, you can have just a partial massage that concentrates on the lower body and even children and pregnant women can have a special treatment designed just for them.
