A visit to the Van Gogh Museum is a must for all visitors to Amsterdam. This modern building houses the largest collection of paintings by the tortured artist anywhere in the world. The museum also houses an extensive collection of exhibitions on different subjects from 19th Century art history. You will also be able to have a look around the museum shop and enjoy a coffee at the museum cafe.
