Enjoy a fun and exciting tour of Philadelphia on land and on water. Philadelphia Ducks are a thrilling way of touring this wonderful city; these amphibious vehicles take you to discover some of the most interesting landmarks both on land and rolling along the Delaware River; a thrilling experience for the whole family.
Bring out the ducks! Meet up with your guide and group at Duck Central in the very core of the Independence Mall area. After hopping aboard one of our ducks, begins the first half of your trip: the land tour. The duck glides through the heart of historic Philly, where you will see upfront many of this delightful city’s most iconic sites, such as Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, Carpenter’s Hall and more. Admire important historic sites like the National Constitution Centre, Washington Square and even the gravesite of the founding father Benjamin Franklin.
As you approach the Delaware River, prepare for splashdown! Your duck will waddle from the street into the water and continue the tour on water. From the privileged vantage point of floating down the river, contemplate landmarks such as the Battleship New Jersey, Penn’s Landing and Adventure Aquarium, but more than anything, lose yourself in the breathtaking views of the city skyline.
