Program details
Travel by 4WD vehicle to the North East of Tasmania passing through some spectacular mountain ranges and exploring some unique wilderness areas, stopping to view several natural wonders along the way.
Passing by the foothills of Mt Ben Lomond with an amazing diversity of landscape then venture over Roses Tier and down through the stunning Tombstone Creek Forest Reserve through magnificent old growth forest.
Then on private land, arrive at the dinner destination to experience Tasmania game food cooked and served by a ''''Bush Chef''''. After dinner, view the bandit of the bush, the Eastern Quoll in its natural habitat, noted for its daring raids on the farmyard chicken house.
Wildlife species which may also be encountered are possums, wombats, kangaroos, wallaby, bettong, bandicoot, Tasmanian devils and others.
