Transfer to Westerplatte Peninsula guarding an entrance to the Gdansk harbour, a place where the WW II began and the Polish Military Transit Depot was fighting against 13 times more numerous enemies. The tour continues to the Gdansk Shipyard, the birthplace of Solidarity movement. Stop by the Monument to Fallen Ship Workers (homage to dockyard workers who died in December 1970) and a famous gate to the shipyard. Visit to the exposition ''Roads to Freedom'' dedicated to the local struggle for freedom and justice, and the birth of the first Independent Trade Union ''Solidarity'' represented by Lech Walesa, later awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
