Taste a variety of tropical fruits in season, local bread and fruit juice. Learn how to make the famous St. Lucian Rum Punch before joining a Creole cooking demonstration with our renowned island cook, who will teach you the intricacies of cooking in the St. Lucian style and delight you with island stories, before being able to try the delicious island delicacies. You will then have time to enjoy nature at its finest while relaxing on the patio or wander through the grounds at your leisure.
