Meet some of the cutest and not-so-cute residents of Cairns with this combined package for Cairns Tropical Zoo and Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. In the morning, enjoy the interactive and informative presentations at Cairns Tropical Zoo. See reptiles; enjoy a free flight bird show, endangered red panda presentation and more. There is also the option of cuddling a koala for a small extra cost. Around midday we transfer to the eco-tourism award winning experience of Hartley's Crocodile Adventures. Included is an amazing wetlands cruise featuring more than 20 saltwater crocodiles: sightings are guaranteed. Visit a working crocodile farm; see the world famous Croc Attack show and so much more. Both attractions have excellent, licensed dining facilities for lunch and snacks.

Cairns Tropical Zoo has one of Australia's most comprehensive snake displays with monitors, dragons, lizards, crocodiles (saltwater and freshwater varieties) alligators and other reptiles. You will find also cockatoos, raptors, parrots, emus, cassowaries, brolgas, pelicans, water birds, finches and other birds. Among mammals you may see koalas, wombats (common, southern hairy-nosed), macropods eastern grey, agile, pademelons, cotton top tamarins, lemurs, dingoes, possums and others.

Hartley's Crocodile Adventures is located 40 minutes north of Cairns and is simply the best place to see crocodiles and local wildlife. Two kilometres of timber boardwalks and pathways through woodlands and rainforest allow you to see an array of animals, including tropical birds, reptiles, insects and other local fauna. Enjoy instructive wildlife presentations and try a boat cruise on Hartley’s Lagoon to see crocodiles and other animals on melaleuca wetland.
