One of the major pulls of the area are the mud pools along the Dalyan River. Mud pools may not sound very glamorous but these pools have been used for healing since Hellenistic times. Board a boat and we will sail you to these pools where you can smother yourself in warm, sulphur-rich mud before rinsing off in the thermal springs. Guaranteed to knock years off!

As the tour continues you will sit down for a delicious lunch on the boat whilst admiring the lush scenery, crystal clear waters and sparkling sandy beaches. You’ll then cruise at a leisurely pace to the remarkable Lycian tombs. Carved into sheer cliffs above the river, these astonishing royal tombs were sculpted around 400 BC.

Your adventure will then take a new turn as we take you to Iztuzu beach, a protected nesting ground for the endangered caretta caretta, or loggerhead turtle, the world’s largest hard-shell turtle. Keep your eyes peeled and your camera at the ready. After sailing to this beautiful sandbar, you can have 2 hours to relax. Here there are several kilometres of soft golden sands begging to be laid upon. Top up your tan, swim in the Mediterranean and soak up the incredible views of the mountains and sea.
