You get to choose the start time of this tour which will take you to see the charms of the city of Santiago. The tour schedule starts from your hotel, as you leave for the Cajón del Maipo (Maipo Ravine) just nine kilometres away from the Argentinian border. The ravine is home to magnificent views in the glacier valley which will take your breath away. After this you will head to San Gabriel Town, where you will see the beautiful emerald El Plomo reservoir, from where we will enjoy a stunning view.

Then you will continue on to El Plomo hot springs, where you will be taken on a tour around the springs and get an opportunity to get up close with the pools. Then it’s back on the road to San Francisco glacier, were we will snack whilst admiring the impressive hanging glacier. After this trek to the glaciers, for those of the visitors with some more energy to burn off, there is an hour long walk to the “ducks lagoon” a small mountain lagoon with plenty of wild ducks. This tour is certainly not one to be missed!
