The attractive place in Pattaya have to visit Wat Phra Yai (Big Buddha ) The location of Big Buddha is on the hill top of Pattaya Hill. They will see a very large gold-color Buddha image in front of face. There is a huge image of Buddha at the top of the hill, so visitors can notice it from a distant location. The image of Buddha is even more incredible when look at it closely as it is absolutely huge. And visit to The viewpoint is situated on Pattaya Hill. Locals refer to the hill as 'Khao Phra Tum Nak' or 'Khao Phra Baht'. The hill separates Pattaya beach from Jomtien beach. To get to the viewpoint, drive down Pattaya Sai 1 (beach front road) and through the Walking Street to the end. Once at Bali Hai pier, turn left at the first junction and continue straight. Turn right at the junction under the bridge, and follow the road and signs to get to the top. Please drive carefully, the road has sharp curves and is fairly steep.
